Balooweegee is an odd form of Bluigi commonly known as "Toon Bluigi." Sadly, his mind was destroyed by Griygas but even though he is technically Bluigi, they have different minds, so Bluigi survived. He seems to have an odd relationship with Fakegee 1 as he has mentioned him quite alot.
